Hello and welcome to the Sunshine Travelers! We are Scott and Melissa and we love to travel! In 2023 we started a travel podcast, Sunshine Travelers Podcast, to share our adventures, tips, and stories and encourage you to travel more and better. We also created this website and blog as a home base for all our adventures. If you're not sure where to start, here are some ideas:
If you are looking for travel ideas...
We want everyone to be inspired to travel so our goal is to provide information that will help you not only travel more but better. We think this includes suggestions on where to go, where to stay, what to do when you are there, where to eat and of course what to pack. We are constantly asking for recommendations for these things for every destination so we also pass them along to you. We also want to to share some tips about how we leverage hotel and airline rewards programs, credit cards to allow you to travel to more destinations and enjoy nicer hotels and upgrades too!
The Podcast
The Sunshine Travelers started as the idea of a travel podcast as a way to share our travel stories, tips, and adventures and inspire and help you travel more and better. There's a new episode every Tuesday so there's always something new.
Europe
Europe is one of our favorite places to visit because once you are there, it is so accessible. We think everyone should experience Europe at some point and it can be less expensive to visit than you might imagine.
The Caribbean
Living on the East Coast of the US makes destination in the Caribbean easy to get to. There's so many islands to explore and while they share the Caribbean Sea, their people, history, and cultures are all unique.
